This is a very fast tablet due to it having a quad-core 1.3GHz processor and supports 3D game playing. So if you are an avid gamer who wants to play while out and about then this tablet is definitely for you. It comes with 16GB internal storage capacity, which can be expanded up to 32GB which is not quite as much as some other tablets.

Existing users of this tablet say it runs smoothly, is very easy to use, and lightweight. Even though strictly speaking it’s not intended to be a kids tablet, children will probably get on very well with it.

Why buy a tablet for under $60?

You don’t always want to buy the most expensive thing available. It really depends what you are planning to use your tablet for, but if you just want something basic for going on social media, watching videos, or playing games, you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on the latest iPad.

Maybe you have a teenager who wants to keep up with their friends on Facebook, but you can’t afford to buy them an iPad. Get them a tablet for under $60 and it will do the job just fine. Sure, it’s not going to be as fast or have such a nice display, but it will be sufficient.

Okay, so that’s all the best tablets under 60 dollars. If none of these quite take your fancy, you might want to take a look at our best buy tablets under 100 dollars instead.

    Hey Marcus,

These are great tablets and they are super low in price! That is awesome because with a tablet you can do many productive things.

These tablets look great for a gift. They are great because they are not super expensive like an I pad.

    Thanks for the review Marcus!

Yes, cheap tablets like this would make perfect gifts for people. Just make sure they don’t already have a tablet.

Hi, Marcus. Great prices for tablets! Some are outrageously priced, so it’s nice to know there are still good ones to use that aren’t too expensive. My kids need tablets and these prices are awesome! My 6 year old searches the net almost as good as I do..lol. Thank you for the reviews!

Yikes, I’ll be honest I love my iPad for sure and couldn’t be without it. One of my girls bought a cheap tablet and although she loved it, it lasted her a couple of years. iPads can last much longer, but if you buy a cheaper tablet, they might not last as long but you do get to buy a more up-to-date tablet more frequently and fixing them is much easier that iPads, well that’s if you can fix iPads!!!

This is the thing. If you buy a $100 tablet now and it lasts you 2 years, that’s not bad. Whereas with an iPad you have invested a lot more in it and you are going to be stuck with the same tablet for longer.

Now that’s some great prices for tablets! If you can get a tablet at a price that economical to last even for a year or two then you made the right purchase. I would assume the lower cost tablets would lack in certain areas like cpu speed or a higher quality screen resolution? Maybe even lower memory? However, many people use tablets differently. great gift Idea!

Typical processor speed tends to be 1GHz, but that seems to be fine for running apps on Android. Screen resolution varies, but won’t be quite as good as a more expensive tablet.
